What do you use to shave?

Electric razor, common safety razor, non safety razor ie single blade, straight razor (long blade that folds up)?

What lubricant do you use?

Shaving soap in dish and brush, shaving gel in can, shaving cream in tube?

For me it's a safety razor + shaving soap + brush.
 
i use a few diffrent actaully.

I have a DE adjustable razor. And a Gem Jr. single side.

with a badger brush and soap
 
A surgical Razor, you know the type they use to shave before surgeries? Works really well.

I just slap some water on. Shave, and just wash my face.

I do the same. Probably because I'm 1/2 Chinese my facial hair grows very slowly so it takes me about 4 days to grow a stubbly beard, and even that is very patchy. I'm always shaving then letting it grow out till I have lots of uneven stubble.

Do you mean the type that looks like a safety razor but has a rounded plastic top to it?
 
I use an electric razor first to get most of it, then I use a mach 3 razor to finish the job and get a nice close shave. I use shaving cream in a tube.
 
wtf is a non safety razor ie straight blade? do you mean double edged safety razor?

and is common safety razor a cartridge razor?
 
mach 3 turbo champion (the red one), with some nivea shaving gel that turns into foam/cream in seconds...but i grow hair very fast so i have to shave every couple of days.
 
Mach 3 for the win, with the vibrating feature which I often accidently activate (since I don't like it) and cut myself. What a stupid idea, " Let's make the razors vibrate when they are pressing it against their face!!!!"
 
Depends on my mood.

Sometimes I'll just shave in the shower with a little soap & disposable razor. Other times, I use a badger brush, T&H shave cream, & DE safety razor.

I usually have a short beard, and I only use the clippers to trim, and if I have to shave I will get as close as I can with it, but I don't use a razor anymore.

I hate shaving.
 
Most days: Pre-shave lotion + Norelco 9190XL + l'oreal men's expert after shave
Special occasions: How shower + shaving cream in a tube + old school shaving brush + shaving mug + trusty mach 3 + l'oreal men's expert after shave
 
Gilette Fusion and shaving gel in a can...although I'll sometimes switch to shaving cream in a tube when I have it available.

I generally need to shave daily, although if I don't need to appear particularly well-dressed and clean-shaven, I'll skip a day here or there.
 
WTF... I use a double edged safety razor. As in razor blade. It is a safety razor with one blade. No way to answer the poll accurately.

Also, I use shaving cream in a tub with a brush. No way to answer that one accurately either since it's not a tube. Please note that there are also shaving creams in cans.
