POLL: What color to go with on my project car? aka the money pit

I am about a week away from painting my current project car - weather permitting. If there are any paint experts here, I will be using PPG Deltron basecoat with DCU2021 Concept clearcoat. I planned to go with the original color of candyapple red, but I feel that the candyapple red exterior will clash too much with the interior which is a maroon/burgundy color. Upholstery picture.

I have narrowed down my color choices to Wimbledon White or Raven Black..

Help me decide which color to go with and vote for your color choice. Here is a picture of my car.

The Whites actually look good on those cars, but Black is better.

Red? Edit: nevermind, that might look bad with the red upholstery. Although, I have seen some good looking cars with red on red... maybe you can do red with white racing stripes?

Between black & white, I vote black.

I really wanted to go with a red exterior, but I painted the inside of the trunk with the candyapple and I was not very happy.

There is a white mustang fastback stored where I sometimes park every day, its white, looks pretty good. 1971 model I think though
