The only news show that I watch is the Daily Show. So I guess my answer is Comedy Central.
If I want real news I read the paper or go online.
Part of the irony of watching The Daily Show is that Jon Stewart is better informed and discusses the issues more intelligently in interviewing guests than "real" newsanchors like Rudi Bakhtiar do. She's undeniably hot, but seems less than quick-witted in her unscripted banter.

i think the biggest irony is how much the shows news stories resemble the stories on "real" news. they present them in basically the same fashion with the same sort of amazingly absurd claims and comments that most news shows make...its just that we all know its a joke so we feel much better laughing about it.
ive read a lot of articles about how people of this generation using the daily show as a source of news is a sad reflection on us but it seems more likely that we live in such hideous and confusing times that the daily show is one of the few places we can turn to know we will hear (obviously not unbiased) but at least honest reactions to what is going on around us. reactions that are probably as horrified as we tend to feel about them. the news has gotten to be a joke so its no small wonder that we turn to jokes for our news.
