I personally prefer NBC. I used to watch Fox but they've been horrible lately. So much bias and then the problem solvers... I mean some of the problem solvers sessions are ok, but don't waste a good portion of the hour showing how some crooky landlord scammed his tennants.

Also, I feel like NBC news has more of a global perspective - they show what goes on around the world. Anyways, vote on and let me know if I missed something.

When I can, I generally watch the Newshour with Jim Lehrer on PBS. I generally find it to be the least sensationalist show out there.

Headline News (CNN). I have a short attention span for news, especially when it comes to politics.

I dont watch news because local news stories are beyond rediculous. I usually get major internet news links from anandtech, and very very very rarely flip on cnn on the tv.

I prefer to get my news from NPR and the Drudge Report. The conservative bias of Drudge cancels out NPR's liberal bias quite nicely, and gives me a feeling that I've seen both sides of a story.

Anyone who watches TV news for anything more than entertainment value needs a reality check. TV news programs are to be viewed for light entertainment only, not for facts or the truth.

I read the paper, then check CNN.com and FARK.com. Finally, after work I might watch last night's Daily Show and CNN Headline News.

The only news show that I watch is the Daily Show. So I guess my answer is Comedy Central.
If I want real news I read the paper or go online.

Part of the irony of watching The Daily Show is that Jon Stewart is better informed and discusses the issues more intelligently in interviewing guests than "real" newsanchors like Rudi Bakhtiar do. She's undeniably hot, but seems less than quick-witted in her unscripted banter.
