I don't think that's really a "conglomerate" band - it's a solo debut which happens too often for me to list 😛

Mad Season - Lane Staley of Alice in Chains and other people I can't remember. lol

Temple of the Dog - Chris Cornell and a few of the members of Pearl Jam iirc.

Down- Phil Anselmo of Pantera and Pepper Kenan of Corrosion of Conformity
