whats BBB?

I'm guessing "Best Buy Bucks"

is there such a thing?

Yes

I have a brand new Westinghouse 32" LCD sitting in my livingroom. They wouldn't accept the $264 BBB and 10% coupon, so I just used the coupon. I use the BBB to buy a $115 laptop on Black Friday then sell it for around $600.

How do you get the 10% coupon. And how do you get the BBB for $264? Guess I'm a noob at this. Also, the TV is listed at $899 not $809?

Bucks are from the monopoly Mcdonalds game, so you can't get those anymore. $809 is the price after the 10% for signing up for a RewardZone membership.

Thanks. Oh, so as soon as you sign up for a RewardZone membership, you get the 10% discount? Nice, looks like its only $10/year to join? The BB I called is out of stock, its backordered. I can order it, but wont get it until mid-December.

I thought the Westy 32" $899 price ends TODAY? Regular price is $1299.

10% off coupon can be found on FW/SD/other deal sites.

Reward Zone costs $9.99/yr to join and if you buy this TV you get $25 or so in GC's in 2 months.

Rage187,

Sorry if you mentioned this already but what's your source for HD (cable, satellite, OTA or PC)?

Are you using any DVI to HDMI cables?

I use a MOXI box from Charter, it's hooked up via component.

I only use DVi for my PC as the MOXI box's DVI port are disabled.

I am contemplating returning the Westy 32" for the Vizio 37" LCD @ CostCo but that's $1499 :(

I'll wait until I hookup the Westy before making a decision. $809 is hard to beat for a 32" LCD.

... and then return that for the 50" 1080p Samsung for $3400? ;)

I really wish blu-ray was out and DLP was one year older, so:
- I'd have a better idea whether 1080 really matters (if most HD disc content is 720p then no it doesn't to me)
-The 1080p prices were $1,000 cheaper, priced at the 720p level.

I've got upgrade fever, but right now 90% of what I watch is just 480i DVD. Uncertainty, d'oh!

The Vizio is so sexy but almost 2x the cost and won't fit in our Accord, I don't wanna remove the box in the CostCo parking lot.

Sorry to bump this thread but someone mentioned this LCD TV. I need one by Friday since renovation at the house is almost done.

Would anyone care to give me their input? My budget is $1,000 and I'd prefer an LCD TV bigger then 20"

Don't know where you are, and I haven't read all the other posts yet, but any 37" Syntax for $999AR deals around you? Better panel than the W.

Micro Center (not in my area) had that for $999 AR on Black Friday.

Mwave SVA LCD TVs

I don't know anything about the quality of the units but the prices aren't bad. Maybe somebody can give you a bit more information on some of these LCDs. :)

Is there anything particularly bad about an Insignia? 26" Widescreen? I never heard of Insignia though.
