Poll: wanna buy most silent computer power supply and case

i think my desk top make enormous of noise, and after close inspection i found most of noises are from power supply. I want it become as silent as my laptop. so anyone has any suggestion what and where can i buy the quietest "power supply" or "case and power supply combo"

I have two case fans and a 250 watt PSU and can only hear either if I put my ear up to the case and listen hard.
