Quote form fun fact..

In 1999, during Super Bowl, Victoria's secret ran 30-sec commercial.

Within mins, over a million ppl log onto victoriassecrets.com.

It is one of the largest behaviorial shifts ever as a result of adverstising.

I watch A&E special Sat night, quite an interesting documentary.

check out the fun fact part.

The documentary reached the conclusion that : We like the American way, bigger the better, & all guys love curve.

btw, I still puzzled by the power of 30 sec tv ad make millions of ppl go to online to the SAME site at the SAME time...

comment ?

umm, is "bigger" referring to what I'm thinking of?

uh, if so, anything more than a handful is just a bonus 😀

What exactly are you asking? And how does 'bigger the better' relate to Victoria Secret's ad during the superbowl and all those people that logged onto the site.

Oh yeah I love lingerie, not 😀

I mean the models, etc.

😀

Lingerie is like decorations on a Christmas tree, sure the tree is nice bare, but the decorations add something to it that's just not the same without.

Personally, most runway models and seemingly a large percentage of Hollywood "sex symbols" disgust me. Since when is anorexia attractive? I am a huge fan of the "supermodels" like Tyra Banks because they tend to be a lot more "curvy" than the no-name skeletons who model in fashion shows. I cannot fathom why women think that being as skinny as humanly possible is what men want. Apparently some do, but the pictures I've seen of women in the concentration camps in WWII just do not turn me on -- call me crazy.

Now, athletic and slim is another story. Fitness models are some of the most attractive women on the planet. Seen the March 2003 Muscle & Fitness which had a lingerie-type layout? Wow. :Q
