Is it me or did the font color just get darker?

Nevermind, Minimize is still fairly light but Show Tabs is nice and dark (stands out quite a bit better)

That makes it stand out a bit more, yes.

Is there any way this can be tied to profiles? It's set by cookies right now and since I clear them fairly often, I have to keep clicking minimize. Possible?

Nope, that would involve heavy changes which for such a minute detail isn't worth it.

Also, I also see what Sunbird sees. Firefox 1.06 on rig below at 1280 x 960. With my bookmarks tab open I see "Mini" and lose the rest until I side scroll and then I see a grey bar running all the way down the page. The only thing in the bar is the rest of the word, "mize". When I close the bookmark tab. everything looks normal, the full word appears, no grey bar, and the side scroll bar disappears. It does the same thing if the history tab is open.
