When i first bought a PDA, PPC's were the minority. Now with PPC prices dropping, the gap seems to be narrowing. I'm curious to see the distribution now. Although, Anandtech being a tech site, i think may people may gravitate towards the more "gadgety" PPC.

My current PDA is a Sony Clie T615C.

So what PDA do you have?

Also, i figured there would be lots of Dell Axim (PPC) owners, since there are deals for them very often in the Hot Deals forum.

My Cassiopeia died. I left it on when it froze, and when I got back, it wouldn't turn on after charging.

Don't really see the need for extra clutter on my desk - maybe next year though.

I'm also worried about how these things stand up to abuse - aren't they pretty fragile?

My iPaq has taken quite a few hard hits without any problems, prior to this I owned a Phillips Velo (Win CE 2) and it was quite solid also.

Mine takes some wicked abuse, it's very rigid. I've sat on it, droped it, stepped on it, and it's still chugging along. It also came with a nice brushed aluminum case, and even with that it is still the thinnest lightest PDA I've used, and has incredible bettery life. I pretty much just use it for reading books and storing phone numbers, as well as an occasional grocery list. My girlfriend likes to play tetris on it.

I have a Palm m505, but would prefer a pocket pc. It works fine for now, but in the future it will be a pocket pc.
