Poll: Teac Problems, help?!?!?!?!

I have teac 40x, and I have problems with MSI 815EP, CD-ROM is not reading, its freezing after the start, and HDD is blocking, I tried with Sony52x CDROM, and its ok, also I tried Teac40x with MSI K7T Pro2-A, other configuration, other components ... same problems ... After that, I tried with old Celeron433 with matsonic ViaBX MB and I didn't had any problems ... pls help!!!
