Tattoos in general on girls (and guys, for that matter) are ugly no matter where they go. I can tolerate something small, on the ankle for instance, but I still wonder why somebody would want to permanently muck up their skin?

My perception is that they're definitely a little easy, but I can't say whether or not that's accurate. My personal tastes in women doesn't lend itself to those with huge tattoos on their back, but to each their own.
