You can just do about anything with spellcasting aswell (I can cast a spell that gives me all the powers listed above).
 
Well...Spell casting/Elemental control would be cool but sort-of gay too. I mean, you might impress someone but they'd most likely say "wtf?!" or just be awed.

I'd want the power to stop time, materialize items, and perfect health/fitness.

Edit: -or- Being able to drive a car unrealistically well 😉 OR Being able to manipulate time/tell the future/etc... If being able to tell the future, then no more than maybe an hour at most. Otherwise there are too many variables that could affect how that future is told...
 
Time manipulation. Not immortality. I think I'd want to die someday.
Spell casting has it's uses. But I guess Time manipulation, not only to see the future, but to also be in two places at 'once', good for those times when you need an alibi.. 😉
 
well being immortal would be fun for a while.

but is that a superpower? if not then how about super healing (say like wolverine).

I came up with the best superpower ever. Its a long read, but definitly the best superpower.

The ability to go back to any exact point in your life and keep all memories. This isn't time travel, but instead your mind and soul going back to your body of the past. You'd be ALL knowing. You could know everything about everything. The possabilities of this superpower is almost endless. First of all, you could ALWAYS be right on any question. You'd have 100% odds at gambling or even childrens games. You could reroll dice, repick strategies, redo bets, etc. You could invent anything you wanted at the ripe age of 4. You could technically write every single popular song that ever existed after birth. The key problem to this superpower would be overwriting or erasing to much history. You'd have to be careful staggering your warp backs, but it'd be worth it. Like the first time you warp back you go back to the age of 10 years old and do something noteworthy, then live out your full life doing minor time warps back just a few minutes hours or days untill you get to about 50 years old, then warp back to 10 years and 1 day, erasing everything you've done thusfar except for that noteworthy event that you did at the age of 10 years, and do something noteworthy at the age of 10 years and 1 day, live to 50, go back to 10 years, and 2 days, etc, etc, etc. You could also use this superpower to do illegal things, and then erase what you've done. You could also be a very charismatic person, because if you ever said the wrong thing you could just correct yourself. The ultimate amendment to this power I decided that if you died, you'd get the option to reset to a certain age, or the option to die and be done. Although i think it would take hundreds of full lifetimes as well as thousands of smaller ones to ever get bored of everything you could possibly do. And if you ever get in a hard spot such as torture or jail, you just go back a little bit.

The best standard superpower would be teleportation. You could do quite a bit with teleportation.
