when creating a poll would it be possible/feasable to include 2 new options?

aswell as "edit" and "remove" i think a "move up" and "move down" would help
 
Not a bad idea, but I can't really see any reason why to have that option. Still, if you think it would be useful, there's a link to where you can submit suggestions for future versions of Fusetalk... somewhere. One of the older members who has that address memorized will probably pop in shortly to help you out. 🙂
