Guys, quit while you're still young. I'm 33 and most of you are in your teens or early twenties. I smoked for 17 years, and quit two years ago. I'm going to carry the scars in my lungs for the rest of my life. My mother's lungs are so badly damaged from smoking, that she has only 30-40% of her lung capacity left, and can't walk more than a few dozen yards without having to stop to catch her breath. Not to mention a simple cold nearly killed her two years ago...
I guess it takes seeing someone you love lying in a hospital bed, looking like a human skeleton and nurses suctioning out massive amounts of gunk from their lungs through their ventalator every ten minutes just so they can breath to make you quit.
Chew the gum, take the pill, or stick on the patch if you have to, but QUIT. It's just NOT worth it.
