I just wear boxers most of the time. If it's particularly cold I'll wear a t shirt and/or get girlfriday to come and warm me up ;)

Old T-shirt and boxers. Tried the nude thing but just wasn't comfortable. Have a male friend that just sleeps in a T-shirts. This is sexy on a women but just plan weird on a guy.

hmm cant sleep with socks, take them off, or tshirt, i toss in my sleep way too much, but gotta have somthing on i have; door by my bed with no latch even, its a spring loaded door, keep pants/shorts by the bed just in case some one wakes me...

Toss so much, it'll be interesting if I ever share a bed.. . .

Mrs. Optimus and I used to sleep in not much or nothing at all, but after becoming parents we now sleep in PJs because we have to get up in the night fairly often...

Also, I kind of have a vague nagging worry about a picture I once saw in the paper with a guy watching his house on fire in nothing but his undies...

When I was little I slept in nightgowns or pj's but every morning I would wake up and have to go find my pj's in the morning (I had taken them off in my sleep and thrown them across the room) so when I was 12 I just stopped wearing clothes to bed. But I've always kept easily to slip on clothes by the bed so incase of fire or other emergency I can be dressed in a flash. E_mc_2 hates my clothes being on the floor on the way to the bathroom but I dont want to be running around nude in the middle of some catastrophe. Hehe

Nekkid... and so does my wife. I just can't sleep with anything on.

Of course, I usually only dress "commando" too... except for the occasional silk boxers when I'm clothes shopping or when I'm visiting family in Michigan (too cold to go free-balling up there).
