Second, My A7V w/ my duron is ROCK solid. Even more so than my BX62 + celery2 as far as ease of setup tho

I voted for AMD because they offer the best bang for the money. I am not saying that Intel sucks it is just that they are not very competitive compared to AMD right now. You can find a gHz Athlon listed on Pricewatch for less than $460! And according to The Registry, AMD is going to lower their prices next month.

I am using my third AMD cpu, K6-2 300, K6-3 450, and Athlon 700, and I have not experienced any of the setup, reliability or stability issues that others have written about. I think my positive experience with AMD products reflect the quality of their cpus because I am not a particularly lucky person nor do I claim to be a super system builder.
