POLL: Should they take Muhammad out back and beat him like the dog he is?

Sniper suspect denying being a part of killing

Innocent until proven guilty, blah blah, this tells me that the guy is such a worthless piece of crap that he can't even now have an ounce of remorse for what he did. He's trying to make a mockery of things, and my thoughts are that the jury will be merciless with him because of it (as if they'd have much mercy in the first place).

In a way I feel bad that they are wasting all this money on trial but rational side of me says "innocent till proven guilty".

Besides the younger one of the two has confessed more than once to the jail gaurds that he pulled the trigger. He was also the same one who shot the store clerk in some southern state.

So lets wait and see.

OJ Simpson, ring a bell?

Or all the ones that are guilty as sin, yet a cop did not get the judge to sign the search warrant in the right place, so he walks on technicalities.

So we should suspend due process for "people we know are guilty"?

And you have no idea what you are talking about with technicalities. I have filled out affidavits for search warrants and thier is a lot of sloppy damn police work going on out there. Those "technicalities" are what keep this a society based on the rule of law.

Someone shoots someone and there are 10 witnesses, DNA evidence, ballistics, a motive and him telling a whole bar room I'm can kill that little fvcker the night before...and he should be realeased into general population because a gumshoe forgot to dot an i.

Yes, the modern day legal system has been and will continue to be a joke.

Hey, if the gun doesn't fit .... you know the deal. 😀

Maybe he'll contort his hand in a way where he won't be able to "properly grip" the handle of the gun. 😉
