Poll: Should religious-themed threads belong in the Politics&News forum?

Just a thought, since the United States seems to have a problem seperating church from state...

And don't say this belongs in forum issues, cause I want to know what YOU all think.

I'm tempted to say yes, since religion threads are turning in to the same nucience that P&N threads were, but then again, I'd hate to say I support the idea of sweeping problems under the rug.

There's not enough debate on this matter to justify a completely new section, but it would also only clutter up the PN section. Plus, I think something like this, if it happened frequently, should get its own section, but at this level, where there's only minor outbreaks once in awhile, it can perfectly fine be confined to OT.

I'm seeing religious debates usually at least 3 or 4 new threads daily in OT - and they get bashed on bigtime by the OT crowd. That's why I even mention it.

Yeah, debates don't really happen here. Anyone claiming Christianity pretty much gets thrashed. I personally have my own religion but I used to be a Christian myself and do see that there is discrimination. I think the religious threads should be in P&N simply because they ruin the happy-go-lucky attitude we all have here... Anyway, just get rid of them in OT.

I don't think they belong in PN, though. However, would it really be worth it or any better if a new forum were available? I'm not so sure...

It already is in Forum Issues

and no . . . ideally. it deserves it OWN forum . . . just not in OT.
