*Poll* Should I even bother to go to bed?

First say your time zone, and how much time you need to get ready before work.

If it's over 4 hours I'd say do it. If not, break out the caffeine! 🙂

EST so...about 5 hrs 'till i have to be there. It takes me maybe 10 minutes to get ready, but I ride my bike there, so its about a 20 minute bike ride. so max I'm going to get 4 hrs or so.

I say sleep then. 😉

try to sleep in 90 minute incriments. if you wake up during your REM sleep (which lasts about 90 minutes) you'll be more tired then if you wake up during a period in between REM sleep (usually 10 minutes) and factor in 15 minutes to fall asleep.

Where do you work? 😛

I say get some sleep so your schedule isn't too messed up after tonight

Its Kmart, so low end retail, opening on sunday. Most people are either asleep or at church, so there's like no one there.

Time your sleep so that you'll get a multiple of 1.5 hours and you'll be okay.

1.5
3
4.5
6
etc

Good point, it's a good thing to do, you sleep in 90 minutes patterns IIRC

did you go to sleep?
are you awake now?
are you at kmart?
can you post from kmart?
how much is a quart of oil? is it on sale?
