Lately I have been shaving once a week on Friday night and showering every morning. It wouldn't hurt me to shave a little more often, but I'm lazy and I only really need to look good on the weekends.

splash a little cold water on my face, shave w/ a $1.50 disposable razor (no cream), jump in the shower

Same here. Once a week on Friday (or Saturday morning), shower afterwards. Gotta love insanely slow hair growth.

i shave as little as possible, just enough to not look too shaggy... and its usually in the morning after shower or before going out, before shower...
