As long as the jury was trying to come to a conclusion, I suspect that it will be a hung jury, meaning not guilty. I do, however, based on the things I do know, believe he is guilty.

On that note however, If i was on the jury, I would not send someone to prison for the rest of their life (or death penalty) unless I was 100% sure they did it. To many people are convicted of something they didn't do. If the prosecutor did not come up with that kind of evidence, then I would definitley not send him to prison..

Although, I suspect that he did it.

Okay, let me get this straight. So far the evidence agaisnt him is the fact that he was cheating on his wife and wanted to get away from it all but, they dont have evidence that he actually killed her?

-I'd give him a 50 years to life sentance with evidence the proves he had a good reason to kill her.

I'm thinking the outcome will be the same as the OJ trial. Right or wrong(in either case) - I'm thinking the outcome will be the same.
Either way - Peterson is a shmuck.

Obsess? lol, I havent seen anything on this here until now and the only reason it was posted is because a verdict will be handed down within the hour. This has been going on for (?) quite some time, I don't think anyone here is "obsessed" with it in any way. I honestly don't have a CLUE about the facts or evidence presented in this case, but it is newsworthy.

The thing that struck me about the Peterson evidence was his boat. Here's a guy who had a large expensive house, an expensive car, and an expensive lifestyle; yet he bought some little pos used john boat to go fishing in (Shortly before his wife was killed he suddenly took an interest in fishing?)? It was completely out of character for types like him who liked the best of everything whether they can afford it or not. If that boat truly was for fishing Peterson would have bought a nice, expensive fishing boat, as was his normal style.

I think the jury will find him guilty purely because he is so full of lies and because of his affair with Amber. The dude is not human, he's pure snake.

Just as OJ's flight of fancy was out of character but he got away with Murder.

Who is this guy?

TLC, was the boat actively used in the murder? Even if it was, is your conjecture on the personality and actions regarding a man you've never met "beyond a reasonable doubt?"

'If the boat don't fit you must acquit?' ;)

Maybe, maybe not. Since I'm not on the jury though I can speculate based on experience and I know a lot of guys who are just like Scott Peterson. When they go golfing, even though they rarely golf, they buy a $2000 set of clubs. They lease a Jag or Merc or Bimmer. They live in a house that costs more than they can afford. All their clothes are upscale designer brands. They cruise the bars frequently for a fresh piece of ego-boosting tail. Everything is about image for them. I've seen and read alot about Peterson and he's the exact same type of guy.

Sure, it may be a sort of stereotyping, but I think the FBI and police have a different word for it - Profiling.

My prediction is not gulty (but I've been wrong before -- my prediction for the OJ trial was guilty).

I believe that profiling is mainly used as an investigative tool, not as evidence of guilt. Google "Guy Paul Morin" for a Canadian example of why. You didn't answer my first question, though, was the boat directly involved in the whole thing? I would google it myself, but I don't want to end up on Hard Copy Online. . .

I was serious about the "who cares?" option. It would be interesting to see how much of P&N is interested in it.

Supposedly a couple of her hairs were found in the boat; a boat she had never been on and didn't even know existed.

Those that are interested will participate here, those are not won't, pretty simple to determine that I thought. Again, why waste EVEN MORE of AT's space?
