I just got one last weekend. Its a good cheap car. I'm going to love the 30+MPG once the engine is broken in. The looks are growing on me. 🙂

 
There are a few around here. Ryan is the first who comes to mind. There is also someone else who posted pictures of his white one.

I still think they are a fugly looking car but seem to get good mileage.
 
I hate that freakin car.

I have a 05' tC. Back in Jan. Back when you didn't see them on the road. Back when it took me month+ to find one, let alone find one the color I wanted. 🙁

Lots of interior space

Cheap for a new car

Yeah, its not a pretty car but thats not the point, its about praticality
 
I'd really rather have an xA than an xB. I think they look better and I personally like small ass cars. But the xB isn't bad for practicality, just ugly.
 
I bought one for my Girlfriend, I love driving it.

Great car, such a great price. I put a remote start alarm and alpine deck in it too.

nope, wife is now driving it. she gave her car to her 16 year old brother. so thats another reason i got the xb.

 
I love mine. I've just crossed 50K miles, and don't have any problems (well - except for a girl who just rear-ended me two days ago!!!). It's a good little car - and I want the changes they made on it for MY06 (Better steering wheel, iPod integration into the sound system with steering wheel constrols).
 
They are hideous - I would never get into one, and most girls I know claim they would never date a guy who owned one.
 
Meh, if I wanted to drive something that looks like a refridgerator I would put an engine and four wheels on my kitchen refridgerator.

My car choice is based upon only my own taste, a taste which finds the xB hideous for its own reasons. But it takes an exceptionally ugly car for a girl to say they won't even step inside one.

Got me an 06' tC great little car, only issues are the rattles. I had ordered a Loaded corrolla for gas mileage and when that was taking too long they traded with a dealer to get me an 06 tC. What was nice was that it had the same build date/month as the current month. You don't see that too often with domestics.

And yet I wouldn't date any girl who was superficial enough to care what kind of car I was driving. Either your friends are in high school or they havn't traveled down reality road yet.

Like any girl, I'm sure most of what they say is completely uncorrelated with the actions they take, so I don't put too much stock in actually believing what they say.

 
My wife has decided she wants one. The utility of the car outweighs any stigma of its ugliness. Some may say it's so ugly, it's hip.

High gas mileage = :thumbsup:
Tons of storage room (wife runs her own company and needs to haul a ton of crap) = :thumbsup:
Toyota reliability = :thumbsup:

She's currently driving a Toyota 4Runner and with meeting clients, going to events, hauling event items (tables, chairs, linens, etc) and driving to her day job, we're putting about $50 in to that car every 5 to7 days. We're hoping to cut that in half with this new car.
