Same. The two guns are on the wall but they are each out-of-focus to a different degree, and they almost look CG. That's the first thing that jumps out at me.

They look like they're floating in space. They're blurry and they just look there. His shadow looks fake as well, but who knows.
 
The shadow of his head on the wall makes it look like a photoshop. I think that shadow can only happen if someone is right next to the wall. But he isn't, since the guns and the electrical outlet is too small.

looks like there are two light sources, one which is the angle flash coming from the camera, and the light that seems to be perpendicular to the wall with the guns on it.

I don't see what is or could be fake about it. The left half of the photo seems to be more in focus than the right half....

Judging by the opacity, location and size of his shadow, I'd say it seems his head is 1-2 inches from the wall, while the outlet and guns contradict that, so I'd say no, it's photoshopped.

His shadow could be that big if the light was that close to his head.
 
look at the proportions of the guns compared to the outlet on the wall -- the grip of the gun is wider than the width of the cover plate on the outlet --

also, notice how everything has a shadow except for the wallwart plugged into the outlet - and the shadows for the two guns don't appear to be at the same perspective.

fake.
