Do without the flat panel display and get a bigger CRT monitor and you'll be all set. Flat panels don't look all that great when gaming.

Bah, 40 GB?!
Bah, 256 MB ?!
And finally Bah, 16X CDRW when 24X is available!

More: Get Epox 8K7A[+] instead of that or any other previously recommended mobo ;)

Nice system!

I have some suggestions, though:

1) Is that the Enermax EG465P-VE? If not, get that one :)
2) You can do better with the speakers: Why not get the BA4800 or the Klipsch 4.1? You can also get a basic 5.1 setup like the DTT2500/3500 or Altec Lansing ADA890 (multimedia THX certified 4.1 but with Dolby Digital 5.1 decoder (phamtom center)).
3) I agree with Adam, get a big CRT monitor instead of a small LCD.

Yeah, I the flat pannel is a bad idea...main problem with them is the pixel refresh rate(forgot the exact term for it.) The pixels on the LCD have got a take a certain time to change color, its isn't instant........I believe this is in the order of around 45-40 ms for many flat pannels....
Its cuases a noticable effect in games......the things is, u won't really see the 90 fps + which the gf3 will give u..
