Poll: Quake III or Unreal Tournament...

You know, at first I was die hard Q3 - I swore that the mechanics and more simplistic gameplay was better...but over time I realized that UT was more FUN. Goofy stuff like the translocator and how you can get into areas of the map you shouldn't, the great CTF play (Q3's CTF was abysmal).... I ended up stop trying to deny it - UT was more fun and had much more staying power 🙂

It mighta been great on the XBox, and I'm sure it's the best FPS ever developed solely for a console, but it doesn't hold a candle to some of the best FPSs we have on PCs.

Q3A... but wouldnt this have been a more relevant poll in... say... 2000 when these games were in their prime and before you had UT2003 and U2 to skew the results?

UT2k3 and U2 have nothing to do with this poll. It's UT and Q3 only, nothing *should* skew the results.
