the option is called "some people are currious about the way people orient their PS2 and want to know what the majority of people do, and possibly make fun of the minority of people, because they are obviously wrong"

Horizontal w/out stand, heard that some people had problems w/ their games being scratched when the PS2 was in the verticle position, better to be safe than sorry w/ games that cost about 50 bucks a pop.
