I'm pro-life, that's why God sucks monkey nuts and all religious organizations that worship him are morons. 1/3 of all pregnancies end in miscarriage thanks to genetic defects and congenital abnormalities. You can blame god for those and they add up to hundreds of millions per year. Thanks God for all the dead babies you worthless dipshit.

No, not killing a baby. Terminating an undeveloped foetus.

Yup, killing a ball of cells...no different than having your appendix removed.

Nice terminology there..."terminate your pregnancy." Does the wording make it easier for people? Life begins at conception whether the general public or even science try to deny it, that does not change the fact. I am very against abortion, the only possible exception I see is a rape or incest case. Even in those cases though, there is always adoption. Lots of couples want to adopt. Most people want pro-choice to be the standard simply because they should decide what is right for themselves. They believe that there are no moral absolutes and there should never consequences for their actions.

Pro-choice = playing God

Now... what I think is interesting about this debate is the terminology... "Pro-life"/"Pro-choice"? It's all sugar-coated. If I'm pro-life, am I not allowed to support the death penalty? And pro-choice - the "right to choose" is not a right, I don't have the "right to choose" to kill some guy off the street. You may have the right to an abortion... and you're free to choose whether or not to exercise that right, just like you're free to exercize any right. It should be Pro-Abortion and Anti-Abortion is all I'm saying. :)

I respect everyone's opinion, and pride myself on not caring what other people do to themselves. However, since I believe a fetus is a life, I am pro-life. But I also understand how people believe that a fetus is not a life, so their opinion is okay too.

Although, taking fetus in the 9th month and having a partial birth abortion and saying it is not a life doesn't make sense to me personally. To each his own.

I agree on the sugar-coating for both sides. It would also be funny if it were "pro-choice" and "anti-choice" or "pro-life" and "anti-life".

Perhaps because it's an embryo not a fetus? I hope I got my terminology right.

your wrong.

i'm pro choice but i think it is morally wrong to have an abortion done.

you can't legislate EVERYTHING that you consider to be morally wrong. this is one of those situation.

I didn't say WHY i think it is wrong i guess.

OK, for me it's not about whethor or not it's MURDER, it's about people taking responsibility for their actions. To abort a baby JUST because it's convenient bothers me. OBVIOUSLY i'm not talking about rape and incest cases. or medical cases where it is required to save the mothers life.

i'm talking about people who have it done because it isn't CONVENIENT.

but i can't legislate that. :(

So, how do you pro-lifers feel about assisted suicide? Isn't that playing God?
