Poll: Problems with MX-Win2K-D3D

Is win2k actually incapable of running D3D properly?! I have all the newest drivers, and still I get these fickerish distortions on my screen when running games that utilize D3D. So far these games are Diablo2, Homeworld: Cataclysm and Unreal Tournament. I'm hoping someone of you guys knows more about this than I do, because the distortions are really starting to annoy me...:frown:
