I was doing a bit of research on the subject and found this article rather interesting, an entirely different perspective. Read the article and lets share some thoughts and comments.

Interesting read. I do believe in Affirmative Action, BUT NOT IN THE FORM OF QUOTAS. That's the lazy way to produce the illusion of equality. The underlying problem of equal access has not be addressed.

I am a supporter of affirmative action. I don't really think that it needs to be revamped though.

I support Affirmative Action, but not to the point where it's abused... I don't think it's right for a less qualified (insert non-Caucasian race here) male or female to be granted a position over a more qualified white male. When I enter the &quot;real world&quot; (only one more year, eek!), I'd like to be hired for my talents and abilities, not because I'm female or Asian.
