*Poll* Pranks and cleaning up

Nothing really inspired this. Just a random thought I had. Who do you think should clean up afterwards in a college dorm? (if you choose to not clean up, you get floor fined)

When someone moving massed my room, I threatened to take all the paper and burn it outside their room unless they cleaned it up.
