Sully you really need to tweak a bunch of settings in your BIOS. Also, if you haven't already you should update to the UL BIOS as that will give you the option to change to 4 way interleaving. Basically go through your BIOS and change every memory setting you can to the one that gives higher performance (if you're RAM is high quality that is).

560ish/655ish, 149mhz memory, cas2, Turbo all the way :), all the memory related options in SoftMenu turned on, 4-way interleaving on in Advanced Chipset Options and Soft Menu. :D

Only goin to get higher when i get more time to play with my new Mushkin PC133 rev2 when it arrives.

Oh yeah, KT7 raid mobo.

Sandra 2000 Mem Scores 521/601
Abit KT7 with T-Bird 750 at 108x8.5 918 Mhz
Memory @141 Mhz: Micronics PC133 CAS 2 at 222 with the newer UT bios.

I though these were fast, but, I got blown away by some guy with a Duron at 1100 Mhz that had 600+ scores.

Check SIG.
PC100 generic RAM.
BIOS TWEAKS: timing set to TURBO, interleave set to 2 WAY, DRAM read-latch set to NO DELAY

I know I don't have that great of RAM but these scores are pathetic compared to yours. What other BIOS tweaks for RAM are there?

Fraid ive got to get some sleep :(

If noone offers u any help when i have a look tomorrow i'll set my bios up per for ur PC100 ram and see what i can squeeze out of it and post the settings.
Have u got the UL Bios?
Force 4-way interleaving in Soft Menu with this bios and an extra option called "4k page flip" (i think?) made big difference to my scores :)

G'night,

rockhard =)
