I use Outlook 2000 at the office and Express at home. I actually prefer Express for my personal use because the newsreader is much more tightly integrated (a big deal for me because I DL the entire Howard Stern show every day!).
I used to use Outlook Express, but then I switched to Outlook 2000 when I got a Pocket PC so I could sync.
I like OE's smoother, more efficient interface and more functions that are actually useful. But I like Outlook's address book better, and Outlook is a lot faster at doing most things.
