I just got 9 replacements for my monitor and same problem, this is the dell p991, bottom left is blue on some of them, bottom right is yellow on the other ones. And no it's not speakers or the fact that it's not calibrated with the polarity of my location, or my video card, or degaussing, or landing adjustments, or purity adjustments (sorry I've done everything) since my roomate has a SUN 19" with trinitron FD tube also and his is crystal clean. The difference is that his is made in japan and mine is made in mexico which I think is the reason why it sucks. No offense to any Mexicans and I am in no way trying to sound racist or anything, but I live in San Diego and go to Mexico often, and lets just say quality over there isn't of the highest concern over there. But anyways, I'm just dissappointed with my first purchase with DELL and there pathetic excuse to save 14 dollars on manufacturing in return for poor quality of product. Kinda reminds me of American cars and how everything seems crazy glued together rather than bolted and fastened IMHO.
