Poll: Phil Collins

I've been a Genesis and Phil Collins fan since the early/mid 70's. Although some people are turned off by Phil's voice, the guy can really rock. Part of it is his charisma, which IMHO peaked around the mid- to late-80's. During that time, I've always felt he enjoyed making music and being a "celebrity" but didn't let it go to his head. If you've ever seen him in concert either solo or with Genesis, he's pretty laid back and seem to enjoy making music. He's kind of a goof in that he enjoys making people smile (I recall a video of him wearing an extremely bad hairpiece, and goofing). His name still comes up now and then.

He's pretty good
my dad used to listen to it when i was younger.. and of course since i heard it alot, i remember it well... he's fairly talented and his music is definitely alright!
