Singer/songwriter/drummer from Genesis and solo career. I'm talking about his music work, NOT his acting.

If you've ever seen him in concert, he sings spot on

He's good. Not the greatest drummer but more talented than Ringo Star.

While they seem to do the same types of music and they both were from Genesis, I don't think that is an accurate comparison. They are really very different in musical styles.

I'd say Phil is one of the better drummer/singers out there. As far as solo music he's done very well for himself. I like him better than Peter Gabriel as the singer of Genesis.

What? Noboby watched Tarzan? It's a good Disney movie, much better than I expected from it.

This is a matter of taste. I have never cared for his voice or his music. Actually a couple of his songs can make me ill if I hear them too often in a short period of time.

Phil's musical career was incredible all the way to "No Jacket Required" and "Invisible Touch". His later releases quickly went downhill though IMO.

I quit listening years ago b/c his songs were everywhere and I got sick of hearing him constantly.

He's good, but not superb. In terms of stars of ex popular bands I'd give the edge to sting :)

I'd give it to Paul McCartney
