Dogs all the way baby! I have three: two mutts and a "retired" greyhound.

Had a chinchilla for a while too. Mortimer da Killa 'Chilla!!! They're cool little critters, but he was kinda weirded out by the dogs so I gave him back to the breeder.

Actually I have tons of birds see also finches, canaries, doves,quail(sp?), and 1 Parrot that plays counter strike with me... aka dances on my key board and get's me killed....
And around 6 dogs? 5 Pomeranians and 1 Pekinese?

Yup, corgis are good dogs. Smart (they're a herding breed), and generally good temperaments. Can be a little high-strung so choose your breeder carefully.

Dogs. I have two female Great Danes at home, nice sweet sleep-all-day animals that are big dumb lugs. My current roommate has an Australian Shepherd and he is the most pathetic people dog I've ever met. Personally if I had my pick (and the area and time to take care of one right) I'd want an Alaskan Malamute. They've gotta be trained well to keep from getting aggressive. Someday.

I have 2 cats at home. One that is all black and the other is a mix that looks somewhat like a racoon. I much rather have a cat over a dog, they require less maintence than a dog.

I bought my friend an Australian Blueheeler and she is the nicest dog, although with herding instincts and a hate of other dogs, that you could want. She is great with people. Is this the type you mean?

Sea-Monkeys are great!

They are very inexpensive, low maintenance, can be kept almost anywhere, no pet deposit, and are so facinating.
