Average and advertised DL is 4mbs but I've hit 5 sometimes so I think that's the cap

Get Cavalier Telephone if they have it up there.

How is that possible? I'm looking on the Verizon.net web site and there are no such packages. In fact, the highest speed I see is 1.5 MBits.

If you go over to the business section, I see:

3M/768K for $89.95
7.1M/768K for $204.95
