Poll: Pasta, cold or hot?

Lately I've been eating a lot of cold pasta for lunch and liked it more than I thought I would, how do you like your pasta?

Pasta salad is all about the dressing. I like to make Red Wine Vinaigrette dressing and use that. Or you can simply use store bought vinaigrette dressing or something of that nature.

I prefer my pasta hot, but there's nothing like coming back to a plate of half-eaten spaghetti 30-45 minutes after and gobbling those last few morsels while it still retains its moisture.
