Poll: Parmesan cheese?

Sure, why not? I prefer peccorino romano though, truth be told. I guess it depends what you grow up with. Btw that toxic nuclear waste called "Kraft Grated Cheese" has no place in a real kitchen.
 
I put some fresh mozzarella cheese on pastas in place of parm-e-crapa cheese.

That being said, I've only ever been exposed to the "toxic nuclear waste called "Kraft Grated Cheese" " 🙂

Technically, everything else is "Grana" or worse.
