[Poll] P5B Deluxe? or eVGA 680i?

I already own both, so its not a question of cost. I'm getting ready to upgrade to 64-bit Ultimate, and can't decide which board i wanna use in the build. Feature wise, they are about the same and both will OC my E6400 to a cool 3.2Ghz with not problem. That said... which would you base your system on?
