11 months later they realized that machines could do the work faster, and at a remarkably lower price. Simply put, I was replaced by a machine.

I hope your example will make the 'cheaters' realize what might eventually happen if they continue doing it...

you're saying that if I keep doing what I do, which is rounding to the nearest half hour then I'll eventually get replaced by a machine? I doubt it. If they're going to replace me with a machine they'll do it no matter what, not because I cost them an extra hours of pay.
