Do you think a President is above the Law?
Do you think a President should be subpoenaed to testify?
Do you think a President should be indicted if the crimes warrant it?

If your answer is yes to the first and no to the second and third, then Brett's your boy. If you believe otherwise, then you should be against him.

No I’ve never said that but good try though. Disagreeing with Kavanaughs legal positions and how he might rule is completely different than dragging him through he mud over an accuybacked up by absolutely nothing from something he may have almost done back in high school is a far cry from that though. I don’t agree with Kavanaughs positions and I hope he doesn’t make it to the court but the methodology the Dems used to do it is a travesty.

Republicans pull this shit too. Most recent example I can think of isn’t a politician but James Gunn. Reps feigned outrage over something they didn’t really give a shit about to drag his name through the mud and ruin his reputation because they disagreed with him politically. This is exactly what the Dems are doing now. Congrats

Well, if the GOP would've released the 100,000 documents from his time at the Bush WH, he may have been rejected before any of this came out. Blame the GOP.

Under oath, Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh said on Thursday that he did not watch Christine Blasey Ford's testimony earlier in the day, contradicting a Senate aide.

On Thursday morning, a Senate Judiciary Committee aide told The Wall Street Journal that Kavanaugh was watching Ford testify from a monitor in a separate room in the Dirksen Senate Building. When it was his turn to testify, Kavanaugh was asked by Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) if he watched Ford's testimony. "I did not," he said. "I plan to, I plan to, but I did not, I was preparing mine."

What does your questions have to do with he mud slinging that occurred Thursday? If that’s what was discussed we’d be in much better shape as a country. It wasn’t though. Instead of discussing how he would rule, he was having to defend himself against a baseless accusation from 36 years ago.

They were discussed/asked earlier in the hearings (not yesterday), he avoided answering them.

Was Kavanaugh honest when questioned about his drinking.

"Have you ever had so much to drink you can't remember what happened"?

Was he honest when asked what is a devils triangle game and why did his supporters attempt to change the definition on Wikipedia after his testimony?

Are you even capable of being honest with yourself? Have you been so Trumpified that truth doesn't matter? Would you rather maintain your tribalism then admit Kavanaugh is a lying scumbag (based on evidence)
