poll on turning my 4br house into a 3br house....

my house has 4 bedrooms:
a medium-large sized master w/ own bath
two small bedrooms (about 10.5 feet by 10.5 feet) w/ a shared bathroom/guest bathroom
a huge downstairs bedroom/playroom/whatever with it's own full bath



the two small bedrooms are adjacent to each other.. I'm thinking about taking down the wall that seperates them (this is not a support wall btw) and making one long large bedroom.

You already have two relatively large rooms, I don't think it's a good idea to make another one. I think home buyers prefer to have multiple small guest rooms then one large guest room.

If/when you decided to sell it can make a huge difference

Someone looking for that extra bedroom isn't going to want to put the wall back up

wasn't there an Apprentice episode where someone took an x bedroom house and made it into an x-1 bedroom house? and he lost cuz the value of the house went down because of it?

Yep, that was when good 'ol Raj was fired!

As far as taking down the wall do it if you need the extra space created, but be prepared to put it back up when it comes to selling the house.
