School days normally 3, a snack mid morning, lunch then a meal at homw.
Sometimes I have breakfast as well though.
Weekends usually once around midday, snack in the afternoon and then an evening meal.
If I'm home I tend to snack 4 or 5 times a day insted of eating full meals (not on purpose, just habit), if I'm busy three times a day depending on when I get up. If I'm up anywhere past 10 I usually have something to drink like some juice if I'm not starving and just wait till lunch time comes around.
