Inspired in part by this thread. Take a look at the spam in your inbox (or trash/junk folder, etc) and vote for whichever you have the most of.

The main spam feed sites get to my junk/spam address. They seem to come in chunks of 4-5 at a time. I follow the remove instructions and they go away for about a week and then return.

Why does it take 4-10 business days to remove my address from a database. could it allow time to resell the list before they actuall purrge it.

For some reason I always get a ton of the debt consolidation ads on my Hotmail account.

My good email account that I've had for 1.5 years is almost totally spam free though (it's only gotten a total of 3 spam msgs ever).

Great deals which are only valid in the US. Great, because I live in Europe, but I receive such spam on all European accounts.
The other type is the "meet your high school friends in the US". They send it out regardless of the mail account's domain name.
It's great to receive such worthless waste of effort spam messages on Hungarian accounts.

they should disallow special characters in subject lines of emails... characters that are not the 26 letters of our alphabet.

Disallowing html comments in hmtl mails will get rid of 99% already. At least for the 10 seconds it will take them to think of a new way.
