Now, let me explain myself:
Of all the relationships I've had (I'm a straight male) with members of the opposite sex, it has always fallen apart mostly due to my clumsy-ass self, but other times, just the differences in thinking between me and her. And during those situations, I do honestly think it was because of a lack of communication / we didn't pick up each other's signal.
And to add into my theory, all the advice columns seem to emphasize "translating" our lingo for the opposite sex.
Now, when I'm with other guys they seem to understand what I'm saying perfectly, picking up any subtle-smartass remarks and whatnot, so I don't think my general communication skills are defunct (I hope).
So, my question, which I stumbled across while talking with my friends, boils down to this: Do homosexuals have a easier time managing their intimate relations with their sig. other than heterosexuals?*
*For people wondering, I'm just curious, not going to "jump ship", so to speak.
