Some of us were around in the 90s and remember what Clinton was called by Republicans.
It's good that you guys are coming to your senses, and you'll come to your senses on Obama as well with some perspective and a new Democrat president to hate.
Cheers.

The poll isn't about the most hated president.

The poll is about Obama being the worst president.

Some of us were around in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Clinton's character was always under attack more than his job as president. And, you're nuts if you think Carter's character wasn't better. Carter was just a horrible president.

Obama is not a good president. His continuation of many of Bush's policies alone guarantee a low ranking for him in my book. You were probably one of the suckers who voted for him on "Hope! Change!"

This. There is a difference.

Odd, I dislike Obama for the exact same reasons I disliked Bush.

To me they're one in the same person. However Clinton is *the* President who actually let the horse out of the barn, with help from Bush 1. Clinton did more damage to the US over his entire Presidency than many combined. He's my vote for worst.

Jimmy Carter is one of the most honest Presidents since WW2, again, the exact opposite of the Clintons and their 100+ million dollar empire. I expect President Obama also to become an extremely wealthy man over the next decade, the corrupt system almost dictates it.

And you're still the worst Poster for Anandtech.

That's not by any means a proper assessment. Sure he's bad but you've got sociopathic like spidey, racist like Spatially, crazy like anarchist, conspiracy nut crazy like stewox, you've got completely worthless masses of crap like nehalem, and that's not even touching the people on the right who act like righty versions of Dave.

Dave was the trailblazer though. For that, he deserves the honor.

You are clearly lying. You have either never left the country, have never spoken to anyone when you did or are just lying about the reaction you received. It's that simple.

You are the one clearly misrepresenting things here. It is that simple.

Not everyone hates the US. Not everyone who hates the US, hates it due to its conservatives.

I think you're believably is a lot more questionable than mine at this point.

Coming from you that is the highest Honor that could be bestowed upon me.

Thank you

Well you're right about one thing, calling you the "worst poster on Anandtech" IS about the highest honor I'd give you. You should see how I really feel.

Pfft, talk to me when your signature becomes a campaign to have users ignore a specific other use. You clearly think better of Dave than I do of a certain other poster.

Compared to obama, clinton was a saint.

At least with clinton you knew where he stood, clinton cared about the economy and tried to get certain reforms, while obama does not care and is not pushing any reform except illegals.

Well, almost.

Uh-oh. You went full retard. You should never go full retard.

Funny that we think he is even Presiding over the USA.

Clueless x 2.

How Reagan isn't regarded as not only the worst president since WW2 is a mystery.

There were some reasons at the time, I did vote for Reagan twice at the time, but he wasn't as fantastic as the GOP tries to push him to be and they tend to gloss over a lot of the good things he tried doing in the process.

Serious question... Do people so passionately defend Obama because they have to justify voting for him? Are they so stuck to party ideals that it sways common sense? Or, do they really not see the shortcomings of this man? For the most part he HAS been a terrible president incapable of facilitating shit. His foreign policy is clearly a failure and the country is ridiculously divided down party lines. The first term was about blaming Bush, the second is about blaming Congress. Others have managed to bring this country together under much worse circumstances....he sure isn't. Accountability is out the window and public faith in their government is at a very low point. Bush was horrible as well but this is of no consequence to what's taking place here and now and for the majority of Obama's time in office.

All I hear is righty this and lefty that....talk about bubbles. Divide and conquer tactics..it's working.

Defending "your" President comes down to team sportsmanship.

He is your "choice", and therefore an extension of your ego. That's how Party politics works.

If they have to admit the truth about Obama, it would crush their world. Just consider how much the devout defenders of Obama hate Bush, and then reconcile with knowledge that for the most part Obama=Bush. Defenders of Obama have to lie about Obama because it avoids facing fear about what really runs the country (smiley faces and good feelings and altruism vs corrupt manipulative leaders and greed above all).

No intelligent human being could ever rank Obama worse than Bush, but this poll was created to generate hits, not ask a genuinely interesting question.

The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.

Save the bullshit about the divide when the GOP has been on attack mode since day 1.
