Did you know that the ingredient 'doxylamine succinate' in Nyquil, labelled as an 'antihistamine' is really a sleep aid? In fact, you cannot buy that ingredient by itself as an anithistamine. I find that very interesting (you CAN buy it as a sleep aid 'Unisom').... FYI.

I prefer the taking the caps.. the liquid meds suck! yuck.
