Do you like it ?

I like it's neat interface. It's still slower than IE and got a lot of useless features.

It also doesn't release memory properly, at least on my system.

Any thoughts?

i installed it at work on my linux box and it's simply the worst piece of software i've ever used in my life. It's bloated, slow and poorly engineered, i see no future for Netscape with this abomination.

I like it cause it looks better than old Netscape. And it's more customizable. But again, it's not even close to IE 5.5

because netscape "smartdownload" isn't very smart, I haven't been able to get it yet.

IMO the newest Mozilla builds are much better than the offical NS6 preview versions. Still, the Mozilla core seems to hog CPU time and memory, even more so than the IE 5.5. And so far, IE is almost more stable.

Oh well, it's back to NS 4.7 for me. There's a browser which never takes the ol' Windows with it when it goes tumbling down.

yeah i agree with you all, i like to see at least some competition to microsoft in the browser market but netscape just sucks, they need to focus on a smaller simpler faster and easier to use browser. They dont need to make it all fancy.

It's not bad when you consider your not using a Micro$oft product.

I hope it gets better when it comes out officially.
